1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all products manufactured and supplied by SF Seats, a brand of San Foams, having its registered address at Plot No 1374 – 77- 78-81, Malakpur Lalru, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.
1.2 By placing an order with SF Seats, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. For any queries, please contact us at contact@sfbusseats.com.
2.1 All products manufactured by SF Seats are made-to-order and built to customer-specific configurations, dimensions, and finish requirements. Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process, orders once confirmed and in production cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the conditions outlined in this policy are met.
3.1 A refund or replacement may be considered under the following circumstances:
(a) The product delivered does not match the confirmed specifications documented in the purchase agreement;
(b) The product has a manufacturing defect that affects its structural integrity or functional performance under normal use conditions;
(c) The product is damaged in transit, provided the damage is reported within the timeframe specified in Clause 5.1.
3.2 Refunds or replacements will not be considered in the following circumstances:
(a) Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modifications;
(b) Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use over time;
(c) Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish that fall within acceptable manufacturing tolerances;
(d) Changes in requirement after the order has been confirmed and production has commenced;
(e) Delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4.1 SF Seats provides a limited warranty on its products covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Warranty terms and duration are specified in your purchase agreement at the time of order confirmation.
4.2 All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to contact@sfseats.com within the warranty period, accompanied by photographic evidence of the defect and the original purchase documentation.
4.3 Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, SF Seats will assess the defect and, at its sole discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund as appropriate.
5.1 Any damage identified upon delivery must be reported to SF Seats in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
5.2 All transit damage claims must be supported by photographic evidence taken at the time of delivery and the original delivery documentation.
6.1 Once a refund claim is received and assessed, SF Seats will communicate its decision in writing within 14 working days.
6.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days of written confirmation and will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed upon in writing between both parties.
6.3 SF Seats reserves the right to offer a replacement or repair in lieu of a monetary refund where deemed appropriate.
7.1 Orders may be cancelled only prior to the commencement of production. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@sfbusseats.com.
7.2 Any advance payments made against an order that has already entered production will not be refunded, as materials and resources will have been committed to fulfilling the order.
7.3 Cancellations accepted prior to production commencement will be subject to a review of any costs already incurred, and a partial refund may be issued accordingly.
8.1 This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
